Masonic Con Kansas – Event Participation Agreement

1. Acknowledgment of Donation: All transactions made for tickets, sponsorships, or vendor packages are considered donations to HL Media LLC. By participating in Masonic Con Kansas, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are in the form of a donation.

2. No Returns or Exchanges: Participants, including attendees, sponsors, vendors, and guests, understand and agree that there will be no returns or exchanges accepted under any circumstances. All sales are final.

3. Waiver of Rights: By participating in Masonic Con Kansas, you waive all rights to returns, exchanges, or legal action against HL Media LLC and any party involved with the event, whether in-person or in any digital format.

4. Assumption of Responsibility for Guests: If additional tickets are purchased for guests, the ticket holder assumes full responsibility for their guests. HL Media LLC and all parties involved with the event cannot be held liable or responsible for any actions or incidents involving guests.

5. Release of Liability: Participants release HL Media LLC, its affiliates, and all individuals or entities involved in the organization of Masonic Con Kansas from any liability. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, damages, losses, or any other incidents that may occur during the event or in any way related to the event.

6. Waiver of Right to Sue: By participating in Masonic Con Kansas, you waive your right to sue or hold responsible HL Media LLC, its affiliates, and any party involved with the event at any level, both in-person and in any digital format.

7. Assumption of Risk: Any injury sustained during the event or related activities is at your own risk. Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attending Masonic Con Kansas.

8. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, United States of America.

9. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
