Biography

Brother Ryan Flynn is a distinguished Masonic artist and a revered Past Master of Ancient York Lodge No. 89 in Nashua, NH. With over a decade dedicated to creating Masonic-themed artworks, he has garnered global acclaim for his contributions to the artistic legacy of Freemasonry.

His artistic endeavors have been showcased in prestigious publications like the Philalethes Society, earning him widespread recognition. Notably, Brother Ryan’s commitment to the craft was honored with the Grand Master’s Award for his masterpiece “The Master and Apprentice” by the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania.

In 2016, Brother Ryan achieved a milestone by becoming the first American Ambassador to the Association of Masonic Arts. His reputation soared with the completion of his portrait of Prince Hall, a historic piece donated to the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of North Carolina in 2021. His artworks adorn numerous lodges globally, earning him acclaim as “one of, if not the most influential American Masonic artist in the last fifty years.”
